We help counties, towns and housing authorities put public land to work for local housing needs, with community sensitivity and fiscal responsibility, and design pilot projects that can be repeated on other sites.
We act as a development partner for small-scale projects, often under a dozen homes, bringing together factory-built or manufactured home suppliers, builders, engineers and local partners, including design-build partnerships.

What we don't do
We don't build large stick-built complexes or LIHTC tax credit projects. We focus on smaller-scale, factory-built and middle housing where a nimble team makes the difference.
